What payment methods do you accept?

•  Cash
• Debit/Credit Card- Visa\ Mastercard

Do you require a deposit?

• To confirm a booking we will ask for a small deposit. The deposit amount will depend on the total cost of your booking and it is in cash (since you must have the receipt of the total amount with you on the day of the trip). Ask a member of our team for more information or your accomodation provider that we cooperate with.

When is the remaining balance due?

• The balance of your trip will be paid on the day of your trip.

Where are your boats docked?

• Our boats are docked  at Limni Keri Port.

Do you have lifejackets onboard?

• Yes, all boats have lifejackets for aduts and children, liferings, first aid kit and all safety equipment onboard. A member of our team will point their placement in the boat before your journey start.

Are your boats suitable for children?

• Yes our boats are suitable for children. There are  special sizes of lifejackets for small children too. 

What if the weather is bad?

• If there is unsafe weather/sea conditions on the day of your trip we will try to arrange for another day if possible, otherwise you would receive a full refund. 

Can i bring my own food and drink?

• Yes, you are welcome to bring onboard any food or drinks.There is a cool box provided for that. 

Can we stop for food on the trip?

• You can have a snack and drink at Marathonissi island from the float bars. 
• You can dock the boat for lunch at the tavernas by the port of your starting point.  That is recommeded at the end of your trip. 

Do you have snorkeling equipment onboard?

• No, we don't provide snorkeling equipment due to health and hygiene. You are welcome to bring your own equipment etc onboard.

Αre there any sailing regulations due to the fact that the area is part of a national marine park?

• Yes, there are some regulations that you have to follow and will be expalined to you at our office before you start your tour.

Will I see turtles?

• The turtles are not difficult to be spotted in this part of the island.  Also, your captain will try to find turtles for you to see,  however this is never guaranteed 100% as this is nature! There are also regulations to protect the turtles including speed and distance in this area. 

Can we go to Shipwreck?

• Our boats are not allowed to go further Mizitheres rocks and in special occations till Pisines beach. So, it's not possible to go to the Shipwreck. We can recommend other ways to visit Shipwreck. 

Can i get my deposit refunded?

• If you cancel 1 day before the journey, you will receive a full refund.

What are the terms and conditions?

• You will be informed about our terms and conditions at your arrival to our office before your journey starts.
